Report on Course II in February 2025

As I keep writing reports on the courses, I am gradually running out of adjectives because the Saturday course on the 22nd was once again so good. At least I had a fantastic time, and I hope the participants did as well.

The “schedule” was similar to previous courses: after introductions we worked on two “surprise” songs, then did a huge amount of rhythm practice, learned chords and—perhaps the part that is always most popular—put together several group performances. This time we even had a wind section, and not just any wind section , and the bass guitar also made an appearance .

This course was also visited by Csilla Vargawhom I might by now even call the official photographer of ukulele.hu and the courses. She not only took excellent professional photos but also joined our group performance of “Ain't She Sweet”, which made me very happy. If you are looking for an event photographer, I warmly recommend Csilla!

At the end of the course, thanks to D'Addario—one of the world's largest manufacturers of strings and accessories—we raffled off a few ukulele accessories. Huge thanks to D'Addario!
