C7 is one of the easiest chords in the world. In terms of simplicity, it rivals C major. I did make one mistake in the video: I forgot to show the alternative fingering. C7 can be played not only as shown on the left — and in the video — but also as you can see in the picture on the right: barre the third fret, then use your middle finger to fret the C string at the fourth fret, directly next to the barre. I hope you will not settle for the easier fingering and will practice the harder version too. You may need it!
