Something
At his concerts over the past decade, Paul McCartney has always performed Something with just a ukulele - or at least he begins it that way. It is his tribute to the memory of the song's writer and his fellow musician George Harrison. Something appeared on the album Abbey Road and is generally regarded as Harrison's first great composition in his own right. Harrison was also a ukulele enthusiast and, whenever possible, carried two ukuleles with him so that he could play together with someone else.
This photograph was taken in July 2011 at Yankee Stadium in New York during the soundcheck before the concert:

It is a very inventive and effective arrangement, helped of course by the quality of the original material: Harrison really did write a lovely, emotional and beautiful song.
